Colleagues are reluctant to report, & peers aren't willing to corroborate incidents. #fear #jobDesperation

Bullying is a very scary event and can lead to workplace violence. If your department manager won't address the matter go to HR. You can also file a complaint with the EEOC. Don't let the matter go....please

Whatever the Culture of an organization- know that’s supported by leadership & tells you a lot about your leaders. Bullying, hostile work environment is against the law.

They don’t care as you can see. They ignore it - then you wonder why the increase of workplace violations -

Agency Leaders should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

If you’ve ever been Bully or worked in a Hostile Work Environment it’s very uncomfortable- folks avoid contact with you - not wanting to be the next one targeted or lose their job.

Management hardballs you for the least little thing. - singles you out amongst your peers -

God Bless America - This world is so corrupt & it’s getting worse day by day. We need more Experienced Leaders - Caring about more than their. Six figure salaries.

Years ago Leadership age ranged mid 50’s to retirement age 60-65.

Today Leadership age range mid 30’s - some cases late 20’s - what do you think their maturity level is at this age? Level of wisdom? Life experiences?

Hi Domingo Flagg ….How are you ? Bulling in the workplace …..I was bullied for 3 years from an associate when I worked for Honeywell . The associate was going into retirement . There was a party . She asked if I would join . I denied ...I answered : Why should I ? You bullied me for 3 years . Boy did her head turn red and she walked off ……..That happened 23 years ago . Since then if somebody does to me I simply ask : Do you have something against me ? It worked like charm ……..Bullying at work is discriminating a person There are laws out there ……..Marika Taeger PS : does the company have a Union ? Please keep us updated …..okay ?

I agree. Everytime I reported at my different jobs it seems like the bully gets protected. Now if I come upon a problem I handle it my da** self! Why bother reporting it nobody in the higher ranks cares or pays attention! PS I'm a teacher. How's THAT for irony!

Maybe it has to do with being involved. Possibly management or co-workers want to avoid the issue & possible repurcutions of being actively involved. It's unfortunate.

Hi Domingo Flagg most businesses have a zero tolerance policy. No one benefits from this type of environment. Have you checked your employee handbook? If you don't have one I would consider speaking to HR to ask the company's policy on harassment. You do NOT have to put up with being bullied!
