The biggest mistake I ever made at Schultz was not listening to my gut and try staying with my previous company. This company puts people in positions they don't have any business being in. If you know someone or a client likes you, regardless if you have never done or been trained to do, they will put you there. I worked in the industry for 11 years at the same site and never had any problems with the client or with employees. Once the change happens, it took less then 4 years to change all that and I no longer work with Schultz and or on the job site anymore.
