If you don’t have any experience in the hotel industry, apply to one of the Marriott brands, like Marriott Courtyard or Residence Inn. Managers are more than willing to train you and can give you the hands-on experience you need to advance in your career.
Train one in what? I have no management experience or schooliing, no Financial work experience, no bona fide hotel education, and was fired as a Chef at a Senior Assisted Living place (not Marriott). I work at Marriott right now as a dishwasher- where's the training for something else, Cecile Bower?
