I've read the requirement stating must have a college degree, I do not, but I have over 30 years customer service experience in the Property/casualty insurance industry. Is it mandatory that you have a college degree? Thank you, Colleen Weinlein

Hi Colleen, Great question! I think in your case, your decades of experience really speaks volumes about the level of service you could bring to these jobs. I say apply and see what happens - you never know!
