inefficient Hiring Processes
Do you think it's wise to consider an employer who has taken weeks or months to follow up with you about a position. It dawned on me this morning that most companies have a lot of waste in their hiring process and HR managers should strive to find ways of improving their processes.

Hi Phil, have they reached back out yet...or are you still waiting? I would keep looking and most definitely move on if they haven't. You could consider following up with them one more time, but just don't count on anything. It seems they are not handling the application process in a professional manner if it's been over 30 days. I am sorry, but this just means that you deserve better. Keep looking and hold your head high you can do this!
