Help!!!

I need help in finding a job! I have no experience but I do have skills, I’ve been looking for quite some time with no success in the job feild, I’m starting to give up, I don’t know if it’s discrimination on the employer or lack of experience, I could go back to school but I have bills that school can’t pay right now, any information in my case would be helpful, Thanks! Positive comment please :)

Where did you work at before? Retail jobs are easy to get this time of year. Depending on where you live, go apply at Walmart, Target, Amazon or your local retailer or restaurants. Good luck and let us know when you get a job.

Transition Case Manager

A lot of recent Grads do Intern Positions with the Government. A lot of them are able to get hired where they did their a Internship.

Not clear if this will work for you - you did say - “ you could go back to school” but that won’t pay the bills.

Way back when - I had the same experience in getting a job & during my interview was able to say - How can - I get experience IF not giving the chance or opportunity???? It worked & that Employer hired me.

Another suggestion anyone that finishes their degree after graduation for example Social Workers able to find a job in their field “Forgiveness of loans after being employed for a period of time. Google Forgiveness of Student Loans.

Check your Local State Employment Agency under DOES- they work with Employers & folks looking for jobs - hold Job Fairs - a Great Connector tothe Workforce.

Last but not least -A lot of folks starting out GO into the Military full time or part time National Guard or Reservist to do just that pay off student loans, further their Education & it pays the bills - you get to travel & see the world. Some like it so much they make a career out of it! Check with your Local Recruiter in your area.

Hope this helps.

Election Help Tabulator E Poll Printed Ballots at Kelly Services

Sometimes, it could be how we present things. I have no experience. Bet you do. Maybe you have children, if so you are excellent are multitasking and prioritizing. Or maybe you volunteer at church, if so that is experience. I pray that it is not discrimination. A strong cover letter can help. And always thank the person in writing not necessarily an email but a letter. Now days we spend a few seconds on email but a letter takes time. If ever you want to talk I am on Facebook. A previous manager I knew, would not hire someone who brought out their cell phone during an interview, did not have a firm handshake and would not look her in the eye. During an interview explain that you understand that arriving on time and ready to work is required. If the job starts at 8 am, be there at 7:45, go to the bathroom, get coffee whatever but be in place at 8. Anyway if you ever want to talk I am on Facebook. Darlene Taglione

Don't give up. When you sit down at that computer in searching, have fun. Have a killer resume that highlights your skills gained from life and if you are a housewife, use it for work experience.

I recently composed a resume for my mother that highlights her skills as a homemaker. I also got letters of recommendation from all 11 of my siblings. My mother applied at Stein-Mart, Ross and TJ Maxx, and all of them offered her a job.

Have fun composing your resume. More importantly have the faith and confidence in you and who you are, and what you can do. Show the heads of companies value and trust me, one of them will count the gold, silver. pearls and diamonds that you bring to the table.

I dont know sometimes its hopeless. Sometimes the ship doesnt come in. But when its over will we be martyrs or fools. Will you bend a little bit.... Some of us would rather die. However sometimes things work out fine. Dont sweat it hot stuff. Live or die we are what we are. Incentives and reasons. Use them wisely. Schedule is annoying though. Al.q
