Why don't recruiters call you back
I spoke with a few recruiters about positions and now I'm trying to follow up and they don't call back. One I'm trying to get my assessment test results... nothing, no response. What can I do to get them to contact me?

Keep calling them, eventually they'll get tired of your messages and call you back, but I put in a application to OGE and never heard anything back, so I emailed the recruiter and she said that she had over 270 applications she had to go thru and that if I qualify for the position she will email me. But I still call every other day.
Mail is a powerful weapon in IT solutions...address to recruiters and cc to hr manager....u will definitely get reply with in 24 hrs....GOOD LUCK CHRISTI
Email the recruiters more than call them.I heard it is better to email.

Lol, nothing I repeat nothing. There is nothing you can do to get a recutier to call you back been there done that. I've been in the business so long there is nothing new under the sun, I've seen it all worked for all types of companies / employers, and all employee types, I've been around the good ones and the bad.
My own personal experience, what I've done in the past Christi is I become a thorn in their side lol I keep calling them back until I hear something, voice mail or even if I get a real person I just keep calling until I get a final answer. Especially if it's a job in your favor meaning the location is perfect, wage, hours, type etc. , the list goes on. Also the one that your waiting for assessment test results from definitely keep calling.
