Ok so I am currently working, thank God, but I want to change careers. I applied to a local Government Housing Authority which was hiring an Assistant Manager/Leasing Agent which I have done in the past. Not only being Assistant Manager but rose to be a Complex Manager. Well I applied the first time and they sent me an email saying I wasn't what they were looking for. So I looked at my resume again and added more things I had done at the complex I had left out before and applied again a month later when they were hiring for the same position...again. This time they said I had all the right qualifications for the job but wasn't what they were looking for?? Ok so being 61 is saying to them I will fall dead on my face? I can run circles around most younger women out there. So what did I do wrong?
