Hi Brandon: It might not have anything to do with you; a lot of times, employers get bombarded with applications when they post jobs. When you apply for these jobs, do you follow up on them? Next time, call or visit the DoubleTree you've applied to and ask to speak to a hiring manager. Tell them how excited you are for the opportunity to work with them. It could turn into an impromptu interview!
