Toys r us was my first official job but not my first interview. Actually all toys r us jobs are held as group interviews. When I was finally called in for my one on one, they came around to the question as to why should toys r us hire me, in contrast to all the other candidates with job experience in the other room . I answered, "well, you can teach an employee what an employee is required to do but you can't teach an employee personality, and thats something I key have ! I had them eating right out of my hands after that . Just joking but it landed me my first job! Yay
