I'm having trouble applying online. It seems that some companies look and hire by your opnion on the part two off the application. I've been turned down several times and none of the managers won't help me fix the problem ..I am a highschool graduate who is eager to work night shift and sometimes day shift i would appreciate it if someone can help me
