I would try to talk to the company trying to hire you and tell them about your situation. If they want you, they may make time for you to interview at a convenient time. That will allow you to honor your seasonal job and get the job you want. Lying is never a good option unless it is the only option. you could end up without any job. God will work it out. Do the right thing.
