A12 month period went by at a time when a new shredder & Baler System was installed all the kinks had to b worked out And alot of overtime in Prodution was needed my boss had to call me in early Alot during that time I never missed any all ins and helped my department achieve are goals & my Boss promoted me & gave me a extra 40 hours of vacation time & Ordered me a Brand new Forklift truck I was extremely Proud of what my department acomplished
