It was a long run, work was not so hard just busy, I was injured a lot but always bounced back, I am 57 with 40 years in warehousing, having the experience of working in an Amazon FC with thousands of others was eye opening. Unfortunately I just got terminated for walking into an ongoing safety incident that was not under control, and just like that it was over. In a company as large as Amazon is no matter how great your contribution your just a number. Amazon policy is the same across the board, however every FC is run differently. So good luck.
