Caught You Nodding off at work!

HAHA, Wouldn’t you agree that the typical work day in the US is more like 12-14 hours NOT 8? Sleep researchers claim “Power Naps” improve memory, cognitive functions, productivity, creativity, and alertness so why haven’t we incorporated this practice into our work lives yet?

I think exercise is better and a more acceptable activity to take time out for from work.

I used to go down to my car for a 15 minute power nap when my wife and I had our firstborn. It's refershing when your trying to operate on 2 hours sleep

I know that's big in some european countries but US companies will never go for that.

I've actually read that in Japan falling asleep at work is a sign you're working hard. Some people will even fake sleep so it looks like they're working hard.
