Age, not suppose to be a factor? What about college degrees? Weren't they suppose to mean something other than becoming glorified high school diplomas. What about the crafts? Since it was on the job education, now it's a college course. If the computer doesn't tell new engineers what's wrong they don't have the knowledge to check the computer results, they just except them.
