Should I just quit BEFORE they fire me??
My job is NOT GOING WELL!!! I am worried it will look worse on my resume if they fire me (which they definitely are) or if I should just quit and leave on my own. Would that be better? What should I do?? Please help!
No ! You should most defiantly start looking for another one. But never quit until you've secured another one . be blessed soon
If u quit won't there be a problem receiving unemployment? I would sit down with management and ask what could I do better. Why do u feel that u r going to be fired though? Is it something with your working abilities or rather the lack of?
Hi Elizabeth, I would not quit unless it is really bad and you can find a new job. I would ride it out at the same time apply for other position while you are still working. Once you obtain a new job than you can resign from the current job you have. I am not sure if that will help.
Me I would go to my superior let them know what's going on an how u feel. Then give a two wks notice you wanna quite don't just leave with out a two wks notice. It's more perfessional when it's done the right way.
