I’m currently transitioning into the Human Resources field in the civilian sector after nearly 20 years of Naval Service. I currently have 15 years of Military Human Resource experience. Some of my strengths are active listening, time management, record keeping and clerical duties. I’ve have been recognized as the go to person for taking on any task whether big or small. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge within the civilian community as well as gaining new experiences and knowledge from future employers. I will be starting my Master's Degree in HR with a concentration in Human Resource Generalist.
