Dose any one know how long you have to file a claim when your employer changes your times on your time card in the past I got the assistant manager removed from there position for it the manager still dose it from time to time is it up to 3 years to file?

I am unsure of how long it takes, but since you have done it before. I would suggest to at the company policy.
