My third and final interview
I recently had my last interview with the COO of a hospitality company . I felt the first two went really well and was told that the COO and the District Director was really liked me. I had to travel 45 min to get to the corporate office and meet with the COO, at which time he gave me about 20 min if that for his time. And ended with ; they still had one more candidate they were interviewing and would be in touch. Question is do I need to write my chances off with this company.

Hi Lian, Please don't give up on this job opportunity. Everything you've mentioned sounds like a typical application process and the fact that you've managed to make it to a 3rd interview indicated that you are one of their preferred candidates. Follow up with a thank you letter to the COO and add anything you failed to mention during the interview that may help you seal the deal. Stay positive and stick with this job until you get a final notice or decision but continue to pursue other options. We're rooting for you.... Keep us posted!!
