What’s one thing you’re ready to let go of this week?

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to let go. I have given up my ideal to build an indoor garden as my last plant just died this week lol. I just don’t have green thumb I guess.

Maybe it’s letting go of work stress that’s been following you home. Maybe it’s giving yourself permission to stop overthinking. Or maybe it’s just letting go of something small that’s been weighing you down this week.

A Work in Progress

I have walked away from an 8 year relationship that is not ever going to allow me to grow and forever be walking on eggshells. Today I feel more free than I have since I was married 8 years ago. I had to make a decision two days ago with only two people willing to help mestart fresh one more time in my life. I am now ready to be molded into a very fresh new life, the only thing that would hold me back from being successful is myself! What a blessing. I am so very grateful and filled with joy since I can remember.

I’m letting go of any anger. I’m not wasting my energy on it anymore. I love everyone and if you hate me oh well your loss.

Loving a place that doesn't value me or my skills the way they should. Giving up on trying to hang on, and prove that it matters to me when I seem to be the only one that does still care. After 7 years on a sinking ship, my attempts to show other people that it can still float if the whole team would just grab a paddle, are clearly a waste of time and heart, and I have run out of both.

I let go of a job that I loved but the management team was toxic and I found myself in the loophole as well the unfairness the disrespect on all the mental breakdown so I just left before it was too late of me having a mental breakdown from the emotional abuse that goes on the job in the nursing home and your boss is the that’s inflicting and administration and HR let happen.
