How far would you step back in your career to leap Forward?

I’m thinking about taking a lower position at another company with more career growth potential.

Hi Mike, That's a great question. In my opinion every situation is different. If you feel that by leaving your current role you will set yourself up for a better future, it's hard to say no. But before taking that step backwards, make sure you know exactly what you are getting into. If you really enjoy your current job and the people you work with, you don't want to make a decision based on just possibilities. Make sure you know what the career path is going to look like and make sure it's attainable. Good luck! -Mark
