As long as your not going for management. They will either hire you straight on, or have you do an assessment test, which is really easy. I hate math and still did good enough to pass. They just want to make sure you have good dexterity and can work at a quick pace on the line. But I will tell you this........YOU BETTER BE MENTALLY STRONG. THE UNIONS ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE. SO STAY TO YOUR SELF, KEEP YOUR NOSE CLEAN, AND YOUR BUSINESS TO YOURSELF. THEY WILL USE WHAT YOU SAY AGAINST YOU. FORD IS ALL ABOUT FAMILY AND RELATIVES. AND PLEASE, STAY IN SHAPE.
