Roofing. I learned that yes it can be done. Hard work is rewarding. I can not fly. Heat exhaustion is a real thing. Other jobs seem easy after that.

I once did bypass counting for a utility company. This means I counted dead fish in the middle of the night. I smelled like fish when I got home.

I was an assistant for real scumbag of a human being. I didn't enjoy my life, even outside of work, when working for him. When I quit it was a wave of relief. I realized I should have quit sooner.

Raising money for a political party on the street. Literally begging people for political donations. I won't mention which party.

Warehouse Package Handler at Fedex

I once had a temp job working for TYCO toys where all I did was manually enter 8 digit purchase order numbers all day every day. It got to where I was entering purchase order numbers in my dreams each night. Also had another temp job in a mail room with machines that automatically sliced open envelopes. Every one of my fingers had band-aids on them by the end of my first week due to the multitude of papercuts I recieved. The manager told me the company was considering buying out my contract from the temp agency so they could hire me on permanently. I requested a replacement be sent in for me and asked for a transfer the very next week. I know myself well enough to be aware that I could never perform such a mindless task repeatedly and endlessly for too long without going literally psycho. Those jobs were back in my younger days and I wouldn't trade my days as a temp worker for anything. I gained a LOT of experience in many different industries in a very short time frame. But some of it was mind-numbingly dull and tedious.

Nannying! I learned to be open in my communication and what I needed from my bosses, as well as setting boundaries in my work life.

Worked at a bridal shop. Two different types of wages could be earned - bridal vs occasion and bridal was the higher pay. I was hired for bridal and after getting two sales, they cut my hours and took me off of bridal. Gave my two weeks a week later!
