PRACTICAL SCENARIO: (This is very important, so relax and read this!)
Your interview can be likened to a movie audition. For example, you are not only there to see if you get the part, most importantly the leading role. The Director and supporting cast members are present just to ask you a few technical questions about yourself, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
They presume you are an excellent fit for the position, however, it's not confirmed until you prove them right!
Once the Director tells the cast or board members… 5,4,3,2, and “take #1” you’re on! You must “Tell Your Story.”
That’s how you “get hired” and the leading role is yours!
