advice?
when they ask me if i have experience and i don't how can i make myself look better?

Definitely understand the job description in detail. Study it and highlight keywords and skills they are looking for. Next think about or write down experiences you already have that have prepared you to do this job successfully. You may not have had a role that matches exactly what they are looking for, so talk about and focus on the skills that are "transferable" to what they need. For example, "In my previous roles I have been successful at "x", which has prepared me to accomplish "y" (y = a particular skill they are looking for)

First of all you want to make sure that you apply to an opportunity that you have either the skill-set , background or even the education that will serve as a springboard for the dialog. Make sure you know about the company. What the company does; and the role that you will play in it? Tell them a story about something that you have done that will bring added value to the company. Perhaps, you may need more education for type of Career that you want? If so, go back to school, and while you are there make sure to have a couple of internships to have a wider range in skill-set and experiences. This may take a little for time to do. So the question you may want to consider investing more time to education to get the skill-set and experiences that are acquired by having an internship to make yourself more marketable to a suitable employer.

Admit that you are willing to learn, and if so,that you are a fast learner. One of the reasons I work, not just for the pay, but also the experiences.

Right i have had kids an i have been dwn on my luck so now. 3 years later im ready but noone will touch me at all n its so aggrivating why they cant say what can u bring to my company smh ughh help also

Be positive, say your always willing to learn and are confident towards new challenges

I think it is unfair to new graduates and those looking to enhance their skills to be branded in experience. who should train them for the experience?

I would look to all my experienes realated to what their looking for and elabarate on those traits and experienes to show my strengths and how i would be perfect for the position

Great question. If you don't have direct experience, there are two things I suggest:
- talk about other experiences that might prepare you well for the type of challenge, even if not a direct fit.
- Emphasize your eagerness to learn / take on new skills. Express that you're a quick learner, would put in extra effort to come up to speed quickly.
Finally, DO be honest and direct and don't embellish.
One of the selling points of not knowing a job is the fact you haven't been trained wrong, or in a way that is different than the policies of an organization. Many new to a position or task seem to fair better than those who are being retrained for the same task, especially when procedure is different even when the general task is essentially the same. Bring up occasions where you have to learn quickly and was able to. Bring up any experiences where you had to apply yourself to something new and through perserverence was able to excel after learning how to do so.
