Why haven't I received any information about my unemployment case covid-19 epidemic
I applied for the epidemic assistance program through unemployment and I've yet to receive any information about my case what's up with that it's been over a month #
Still hoping for a better time to go in my life I am older and have seen the hardship of much of my life and that should be good for a better way to help others and find my destiny Before it's to late.
Case worker never called me back
Hey @Brian claypool , this has been an ongoing issue throughout most members within this community. Your best bet is to continue to check on your claim via your online account and make every attempt to make contact with a California Department of Labor representative.
We've seen some encouraging news from members who contacted their local state representatives office for support. You may also want to consider this option. Thanks & Good Luck!
