any advice for someone that's never had a job or been on an interview??? Please and thank you

Hi Savanna: You're definitely in the right place! Tons of Jobcasers are sharing interview tips and career advice, so you're sure to find something helpful. To start, I recommend joining the Interview group here on Jobcase (just click the Find a Group link on the left side of this page). You can see everything that's been posted about interviews, including tips and advice.
As for your job search, I suggest starting your career with employers who are known for hiring people with no experience. I recommend applying to grocery stores, movie theaters, retail stores, and big stores like Target and Walmart (they're hiring like crazy for the holidays!). Make sure you emphasize that you have a flexible schedule, as that's the most important thing hiring managers consider.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hey Savanna, One thing I can say is to be yourself!! Especially in an interview. Employers want to get to know you and see if you are the right fit for the job. Once you get the job, do your best and let them know if you are struggling. They will always be willing to help you out!

First job… I’m sure you’re nervously excited and that’s perfectly normal. Try to use that energy to create good habits around developing an effective job search strategy that you can build on during your employment years. Preparation is everything - take some time to identify what would be the best jobs for you. Most young people gravitate towards grocery stores, retailers, and fast food but don’t feel limited to those options. You can use this site to network with other people experienced in different industries to get more familiar with the jobs and opportunities. Create a Resume - although not required for entry-level jobs I suggest you create one listing any volunteering and/or HS activities. 1st impressions count and you want to always try to separate yourself from the other applicants.. Remember Good Habits! Job Search - separate your job search into 2 categories (Dream Jobs & Entry-Level) the dream jobs would be the most favorable working experience you can think of. Look into the job requirements, see how many you can meet, then apply. The second category would be basically your 2nd option or jobs you know you would qualify for. Interview Prep - Separate a wardrobe combination specifically for interviews. Find out as much as you can about the company and position. Think of past experiences you can associate to the job description. Example - a good association to excellent customer service would be anytime you went out of your way to help someone else. Don’t commit to anything you're not sure you can manage. Example - are you available to work late shifts, closing, and weekends? If you're unsure of something during the interview don’t be afraid to ask. I'm sure your going to do well..Good Luck!!
Savanna, interviews are a really interesting experience and if you've never done one before it's good to get a little practice in ahead of time! Here's a link to an awesome article with a few different ideas of how you can prepare yourself for an interview online: http://goo.gl/0dprJN
There are also a bunch of great mock interview questions on YouTube, that might give you a good idea of what you might be asked! If you can nail the interview it might make up for any lack of job experience you have. You'll be awesome!
