Hello Marlen, I recently looked into Target jobs as well but didn't find any openings. The career page doesn't show any job in McAllen, TX either (https://nro01.target.com/ape/jobcatalog/jobAreasList.do). These stores tend to slow down after the holidays and pick up again before Easter. Lowe's is hiring now if your interested. You will have to apply online first.
