Buyer Beware!
While doing your research on a company remember to look at employee reviews. This can give you insight about the company and it's management team. This will also help you facilitate questions to the recruiter if you want to pursue the company as a career option. We all view situations differently and you may be able to become a great asset to the company and build a good working relationship. Do not always listen to the negative feedback since that is what most individuals focus on. Using it as information but fact check the reviews and ask the right questions.

I agree I am always looking for the good in what I'm doing even if it is a tiny dab

Clifton this is a great idea. I once took a job for a franchisee that had just purchased the region. They had an other region in another state. I did not do the research on this franchisee. Found out the hard way this was a bad franchisee to work for after I worked there for a while I check on the other region. It was horrible no good reviews from employees and customers. I got out fast after that.

You're absolutely right Clifton! Company reviews from past employees give us a valuable insight into work culture, salary, and other important tidbits we might want to discover. Like you said it also helps you form the right questions! Always do your research about the company.
I always check employee reviews when looking for a job. Even the negative ones! Especially if they all say the same things. Chances are they are true. It can help you see if they are the kind of company you want!
