I am a problem solver who loves to share my knowledge, especially when it comes to computer applications. I’m that person in the office that everyone turns to when they have computer or printer related problems.

I am a positive, compassionate, self-starter. I have a strong healthcare, computer, and training based background (including Epic). I am passionately committed to the medical and training fields and through my experience I have learned that success in both areas requires compassion and commitment. I thrive in challenging, fast paced environments and have very high expectations for myself. I am able to stay composed and halcyon in stressful situations. I am skilled at training, problem solving, and computer applications and am a great resource for information.

My leadership philosophy is about staff support and empathy towards patients, customers, and coworkers. I always encourage courtesy, continual growth, team building, extra training/development and a positive work environment that supports the well-being of patients.
