I'm a 25 year old young African American. I am previously searching for employment to support myself and 2 daughter's Ze'Niyah and Ari'ahna. I made a few mistakes in my life before today and was recently released from incarceration. I am in a place in life where i have let down people who loved me and i was not able to make them proud and show them different nor was i able to say goodbye before they departed from this earth. Im looking to improve and better myself by dedicating a part of myself to work,take care, and doing exactly what I know i am capable of to redeem myself and making my father and family proud.

This website was created to help folks in your position learn about their options and give them the tools they need to re-enter the workforce. They also offer a really helpful list of companies that are known for hiring ex-offenders (but these are not guaranteed): https://exoffenders.net/employment-jobs-for-felons/. You can search for jobs at these companies by clicking Jobs & Companies at the top of the Jobcase page to get the job search page!
