Who’s is better to work for UPS or FedEx?
both are hiring right now for similar jobs. I’m going to apply to both companies but I’m looking for more info in case both offers come in.

My son worked for ups for two year's he also worked two jobs . Ups 19- 21 hrs a week except for peak season which was where he really cleaned up the best part was the insurance you don't pay for benefits they are free . Being 20 years old not alot of debt so it was a win win for him he worked 4:00 am til 9:00am so he had time for a second job.But we live in SC.

Ups is part time 20 hrs as part time you are on call ....always on call....intreviewed was told should you not respond to call you will not be called again

Well, I work for Fed Ex as a package HANDLER, I get about 20-25 hours a week, the job is not easy, you get very sore and you do a lot of unloading I. C. TRUCKS. That's the very heavy packages like bed frames. And a lot of other items. Also you have to work 1000 hours before your medical benifit kick in, although it's a physical job and people gets hurt, I've decided to look elsewhere.oh, they don't supply you with safety gear either, the only safety gear you get is the manager telling you about someone breaking a foot and worst type of stories then a"so be careful" but get it done fast statement, yeh,,, they care.
