Amazon customer service
I think of myself and the people I work with as the behind the scenes magic of Amazon. We help customers when items go missing, arrive damaged, if they need help with their accounts, you name it, we do it. It's VERY fast paced and just like every other CS job I ever had, you have to learn to calm people down when they are upset and listen to their needs.
If you are packing package and loading trucks it is very difficult
A little understanding, respect and kindness go a long way.

How can I apply for a customer service job? Is this work at home...There are 2 Amazon physical sites not far from me. . Robbinsville is the closest!
What is the pay range? Is their customer service only in a specific state or can you do it from home? I have 30 years of customer service experience.

I tried CSR at metro psc the customers were horrible. They used so much profanity it made me sick. I left after 9 months. I won't work under that abuse.
Amazon Customer service is full of crap and very misleading,I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against them
