Thank you so much! that was very nice, and much needed. I'm beginning to think it's not such a tough job market, but a tough applying and getting an interview market...What I mean is, there are literally thousands of open positions right now on Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc., but when you apply, your resume goes into a gianormous applicant tracking system database...it's gets lost in the black hole...I am currently using a reputable agency in hopes of getting my foot in the door...I have an interview tomorrow for a Human Resources position.

I totally agree Kimberly ! I think you said it ALL. Just gotta Keep on trying hard & stay positive . Yes it is tough out there ALL over no matter where you live. I wish everyone Good Luck !. :)
