Has any other local drivers ever had an issue with help acting like they know more than you and trying to tell you how to do their job but not be willing to train you on how to do your job becuse their not paid to train people and yes i understand that even though right in your job title youy are in charge and vresponsible for all equipment material cargo labor and also respoinsible for any damages i understand you still have to give the guys with seniority the respect they deserve especially like with my situation where 3 out of 5 of us that worked out our satelitte office in Beckley,WV had 20-40 years experience and we only had 2 drivers and we wer both the 2 out of those 5 that were rookies so go figure ours was one of those that had to make exceptions and listen to our laborers but to make a really much long rant a little shorter my problem was the laborers wanted me to come in and do there job but they bdidn't want to teach me mine so i could move up in the company one laborer out vof the three was willing to help but he was also the location manager and seceratary for our office so it made it almost impossible to juggle all his jobs and train us to and the other 2 laborers just absolutely refused to train anyone without a pay raise and i can't blame them because like i said they had been doing this work not for this one company but i guess technically you could say they had only had one job in those 20 plus years because the company they started with sold out twice and they went with the company and still only got paid $10 an hr. so i understand where they are coming from but show incentive guys give them no choice but to nnotice our little satelitte office for more than rookie drivers that keep making mistakes
Sometimes when people feel like they know more than you they think it's ok to treat you bad.
