Enthusiastic about Starting a new phase in my life
Hello, my name is Gabe Gunning, from Greensboro, NC. I am 32 years old and became jaded with past jobs, simply because they did not spark passion for me, nor were jobs that I felt confident calling my career. I attended NCSU and completed 240 credit hours (twice, what's generally needed to graduate). My parents were supportive of me, and had no problem with me exploring different subjects I enjoyed learning everything. I took premed, got B. S. IN biological sciences & somehow obtained 6 minors. Unfortunately I'm 6 credit hours short for my biochemistry double major. This is very embarrassing to me and a priority to finish as soon as I'm able. I consider myself very articulate and enjoy all subjects, I learn extremely fast and oncevsomething is explained to me I've got it on the next go-around. I'm very charismatic, and kind individual, I'm capable of taking on any task askedbof me. I respect authority figures and I'm very cool under pressure. I'm looking forward to a change right now, and I'm confident that I can fulfill any task asked of me. I'm very well-rounded, well versed, very competent with computers, very good at math and have a passion for all things Science. I come from a hard-working blue-collar family, get along with fellow associates, and most importantly "Enjoy Life".
Hi Gabe: Welcome to Jobcase! First off, I commend you for your willingness to go above and beyond in biology. Don't be embarrassed, you have achieved a lot, especially with 6 minors. I would suggest taking a look at these biological sciences jobs near your area. In the meantime, while your finishing up your biochemistry degree, apply to some biomedical technicians jobs. Let me know if you need any more help.
