So tired of the rejections
I've been on numerous interviews and still no job. I graduated in 2015 as certified medical assistant. Took my RMA exam passed that so my title is RMA one notch above CMA then I was told to get my Phlebotomy license and I would be hired as a Phlebotomist so I took the exam passed that got my license and then I was told I don't have the experience that they required. Next I was hired by a temp agency to work for High Desert State Prison as a RMA but come to find out that there is no real position for me as a RMA so I am a floater for OT Schedulers mean while I have interviews lined up but always get we have decided to go with other people. I've even started looking in other states and cities. I am so over this what more do I need? I feel if I do more schooling employers will say to much credentials or he wants more pay. what to do. any advice

I have notice people have giving you some good advice, has any of it been helpful?
Ricardo see now this is a very good example of YOU NEED TO LEAVE YOUR STATE..... I live near two CMA who just finished a local community college here and both of them earn $19 hr as MA's. One in Atlanta and the other in Gwenett County. Now they both are on probation for the next 2-3 months but so what. Sometimes you just have to go to the job. NV basically has more people than jobs. CMA or RMA are punching their own tickets here. I'm not RMA or CMA and I have the ability to change my job every 6 months if I want.
