No. You have to be available to work. So if you quit while you were "available " you're sol

I would like to no why I havent got my back pay and I filled months ago I get my regular pay but they have not given me my back I should get

Carl, in most cases no you cannot get unemployment benefits if you quit. In some cases, if you have "good cause" to quit due to safety concerns (for example, your company is not following proper safety precautions during COVID) you may have a case, but it's still on you to argue.
