Slow....down and listen. I am a very chatty person so sometimes, I just want to be pleasant and engage in conversation so for me, I have to remember to be brief, Listen and then repeat and clarify what was heard!! But key thing is to believe in yourself and know you got this!! Everything can get better with time and experience and the fact that you already are seeking help on your anxiety of thhe task!! your well on your way to become an acheiver. You've Got this!! Enjoy yourself too....it helps.

Hi Amanda, it's totally normal to be nervous at work sometimes, it happens to us all! Have you been there long? Think about what exactly makes you nervous and when it happens the most. Is it that you fear forgetting an order? Is it the interaction itself? Is it the job's tasks? If your anxiety continues to trouble you, you could also consider seeing a therapist to talk out what is bothering you and discover your anxiety triggers. In the meantime try taking deep cleansing breaths. FInd a friend at work you can talk to and make things a little more upbeat and less worrisome. Thinking of you!
