Personal Statement—I strive to stay current in the electronics profession including troubleshooting and repairing to the component level consumer electronics, Avionic equipment and computer system. I build and repair personal computers which includes being self-taught in website design, and writing programs utilizing Java, Visual Basic, HTML, and related software. Also using correspondence courses in Electronics while in Junior High and High School I taught myself electronics and was repairing TV’s, Stereos, and other consumer electronics as well as computers before I started college for Electronics. This gave me a big advantage in college which allowed me to graduate 1st in my class. Was rewarded for this also.  I have trained many other employees in the Electronics/Avionics field in all aspects of Electronics.  Awarded for my work on the AIM-9 Sidewinder Missile modifications (Operation Desert Storm).  Worked with and for Production engineering in repairing Automated Test Equipment including programming and repair to the component level.  Worked with Production Engineering. Troubleshot and repaired complex Avionic systems such as: Tacan, IFF, Television Camera Systems, Video Recorders, AWG-9 Radar Systems, Secure Voice Systems, AIM-9 Sidewinder missile components, and interphones/intercoms utilizing Automated Test Stations, manual test benches, ship borne test stations, and VOM’s, DVM’s, Oscilloscope, Waveform, Spectrum Analyzer, and RF/Microwave Frequency Synthesizers test equipment. Programmed HP Basic, Atlas, and DETOL (Directly Executable Test Oriented Language) for Automated Test Equipment such as USM-449.
