Recently have found myself in uncharted waters, after 15 years of reliable work my employer decided they didn't need me any longer, things have changed so much and i've kept updated with work experience but out looking for work I have a feeling that when people contact them, they aren't giving me the recommendation I should have. Any suggestions would be valuable this is the first time in 30 years this has ever happened! Feeling lost.
