I need a Job in the Unites Estates

I recently received the Residence to live and work in the United States. I'm making all the arrangements to move to live with my family. I am from El Salvador, I have university studies and 3 Masters ( Finance, Administration and Banking). My English is intermediate but with a little practice I am sure that I can speak fluently. I have tried to apply for jobs online but it has been in vain. I believe in the American dream, I just need an opportunity. Who can help me?

United Estates? Is that that new tract house development I've been hearing about?

It's difficult to find job online. Lots of promissses but most of the people never even called for interview. You outsider, and it will be twice as difficult for you to find a job through the Internet. My advice is start with any jobs, just to put your foot in the door. Then continue to search locally , and show up in person in different organizations. I did , it seems only way to find a job quickly. My strategy is just print my resume and walk to Human Resources and ask for a company tour. Ask what opportunities they have for you . I am usually hired on the spot. Get as many pier diem positions as you can get. This way you always will have flexibility and opportunity to schedule your own work . Start with part time, start with night shift, and then add other job to it. Then you will be able to see what's going on inside the organization and will bit to the next job as insider. Just transfer to other department.
I did the same way for my daughter. She want to work in the store, and the website did not showed any openings. We walked in the store and I asked if they have open positions . They did. I asked for the manager, talked to him for 2 min and my daughter was hired on the spot. Face to face always work better for me. Start with any job, move up, as you go.
