I can understand your problem,but look at the facts,why are you here in the first place. The opportunities in the US,are better then most places. I know because I have traveled.You do not mention/where you are, but the best place/for me is in New York. Learning the english language is very important/spanish is not the problem.Being impaired should also not be a problem.What you need to do is/problem solve/simple. Getting public assistance/also is not a problem. But if/with your /being educated/here in the US/can be an asset/back in your country/by all-mean's look in to it. By all-mean's don't give up!!
