Wow, in looking at the posts on here there are a lot of 50 year old and up people who can't find a job. This is sad but if you can't find someone to hire you with the wealth of knowledge that you have why not start your own business. Is there anyone on here that knows how to start a business? Why not create a business for older employees. Who would be interested? Who would want to work for this type of company? Who has skills to get this started? Who would like to contribute their knowledge to this type of venture? Why not use the knowledge that we all have and create something that would be beneficial to everyone involved.
