I was a great worker part time worked full time hours came in for every body that needed off, everybody quit was just me an two managers I worked all day an at night trained new employees an I asked the assistant manager could I put up a Christmas box he said yes I did after the holidays were over the general manager calls me in the office this is a violation of policy your being terminated, I'm like wait my boss told me I could do it ,he says I asked him about it he said he had no knowledge of a box just lied I said rewind the tape you will see he watched me make it an we joked about it through the night had I known it was against policy I never would have asked to do it but he said no matter escort her off the property like I was a common criminal I had start training another employee before I was terminated I told them I was not taking this lightly so I filed a claim with the civil work commission so about a week later I go in the store they didn't hire the girl I trained they hired another black girl I'm like wow really guess what fired her already I thought racism was becoming something in the past but now I see it is very much still going on I feel so used but I'd I have to I will sue them I want my job back an compensation so they can look me in my face every day smh
