I have been filling out application after application, but I have a criminal background with a couple non violent felonies that are grand larcenies that are holding me back. I have great potential, have a strong work ethic, I have many skills to offer a company if they hire me but every time I get a good opportunity and a company want to hire me (usually most companies I interview with want to hire me) here comes the background check and no one will hire me. Its getting frustrating because I am not a thief, just ended up in a couple bad situations where I couldnt afford a good lawyer and was stuck with the charge. Any suggestions
