Hi all,

I have been trying to get out of sales for about 2 years now. Every time I try to take a chance and quit to search for a new opportunity, I end up right back in sales (because those jobs are always hiring). I need a career that's going to challenge me mentally, not kill my brain cells. I am looking to start my masters program this winter in real estate development. After going to a few meet ups and networking seminars, I believe that this will truly be my avenue of success. I am looking to transition into a entry-level position at a real estate development firm ( property manager or project manager ). I currently live in Fort Lauderdale Florida and have been applying to a number of places, but no luck. Does any one know how to make this transition a bit easier?
