You do not need to be so repetitive, once you mention it no further mention is necessary. Just be yourself and to the point, like writing a poem, say as much as you can with the least amount of words.

I don't think there's a limit as long as their used correctly. Use them often and as close to the top as possible so recruiters can see them as soon as the look at your resume.
