I started out as a temporary employee, from the minutemen temp service. I worked hard and the owner, and the plant manager cliff brown decided they wanted me full time. I went from cleaning up, and working on the line to becoming the head Baker. They promised me a ride after a year. When my year was up they said they could not give me a raise at that time. Then they had me train an employee. They ended up hiring him.they started him out 1 dollar an hour more than I was getting paid. That upset me very much, so I left.
